Vaccination Record

To ensure the health and safety of all dogs in our care, please provide your dog’s most up-to-date vaccination records prior to their visit.

Our requirements include:

  • Distemper/ Parvovirus/ Parainfluenza (DHPP)

  • Bordetella (Kennel Cough)

  • Leptospirosis.

  • Rabies (only for a dog traveling from outside of Hawaii State)

  • A recent negative heartworm test result

First Encounter

Once all vaccinations and health records have been confirmed, you’re welcome to schedule your dog’s assessment. Assessments are available on weekdays and Saturdays at 8:30 AM, 9:00 AM, 9:30 AM, and 10:00 AM.

  • Assessment is required before both daycare and boarding.

  • Assessment takes from 2 to 3 hours.

  • Assessment session is $30 (cash or venmo only).

  • Weight limit is 35 lbs. Smaller breeds only serviced.
